LOS ANGELES — When does it stop raining in L.A.?

The answer is not when it’s already drizzling and it’s getting wet.

The city of Los Angeles is expected to have its second dry spell in about six months, according to the National Weather Service.

That means that the first few months of the year could see some rain.

But the forecast is looking more like a blizzard.

Rain will continue throughout the week, but it will start to fade in the morning and then gradually pick up until it starts to drop again.LATEST STORIES:California wildfires: What you need to know about the California wildfires that have raged across the state and threatened homes, businesses and the environment
